Gentlemen’s Greyhound

Got a new fixation, ideal for a cocktail, even on an Easter week ; ) “Gentlemen’s Greyhound” made with delicious Three Cents Gentlemen’s Soda!

Rosemary Syrup

– Rosemary Simple Syrup
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup sugar
– 4-5 rosemary sprinkles

Gentlemen’s Greyhound

– 60 ml vodka
– 15 ml rosemary syrup
– 30 ml fresh pressed tangerine juice
– Dash of Angostura bitters
– Top up with Three Cents Gentlemen’s Soda

To serve: Sprinkles of rosemary

For the syrup: In a small saucepan, bring water, sugar and rosemary sprigs to a slight boil over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then turn off the heat and let the rosemary rest in the liquid for 1 hour. Transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge before use.

For the cocktail: Pour vodka, rosemary syrup and tangerine juice over ice in a glass. Add dashes of bitters and stir to incorporate. Top up with Gentleman’s soda and garnish with a rosemary sprinkle.
